Locations:
We cover all the main towns, including Stoke, Crewe, Leek, Stafford, and Kidsgrove, during our bespoke driving courses, and have already helped a large number of Staffordshire-based companies who want to invest in an advanced driving course. Our advanced driving course routes in Staffordshire tend to cover a wide range of roads to ensure each delegate receives the highest level of training possible.
Some of the training takes place on the M6, the A53, and the A525, which are excellent roads for teaching more advanced car control techniques. Additionally, town and city centres throughout the county provide ideal locations for urban driver training. A large proportion of urban driving takes place in Stoke itself. It has a wide network of urban roads for us to provide training on.
Remember – Each driving course is bespoke to your own needs. This applies to both business and individual customers across the UK

For all our bespoke driving courses in Staffordshire, we provide training on a range of roads and different areas, which can include:
Motorway training – Staffordshire is a large county located to the north of Birmingham and is served by the M6, which runs from north to south, connecting Carlisle to Birmingham via Cannock, Stafford, and Stoke-on-Trent. We can build a course that includes using part of the M6 and other fast routes, such as the A34 and the A38. Being able to use motorways safely is vital, and if you feel unconfident, then you may probably stop using them altogether. Not ideal. This is where we can help. By learning how to navigate higher speeds and increased traffic, you can start using motorways with confidence. We can help you with the entering and exiting junctions, stop you from being boxed in by large lorries and help you get to your destination safely. Statistically, using motorways is the safest route to travel, but it can be worrying if you are unfamiliar with them.

Rural Roads – Much of Staffordshire is rural, and many severe accidents happen on these roads, much more often than on motorways or town roads. With very little signage or street lighting, rural roads can be treacherous, especially in winter, when there is a risk of fallen trees or flooding. The B519 and the B5405 from Woodseaves to Great Bridgeford have seen a number of accidents in the past few years, including those involving younger drivers. With a little extra training, rural roads can be a pleasure to use. By employing better forward planning and learning driving techniques, such as the limit point, you can drive safely in rural areas. Farm vehicles can cause problems such as muddy roads, and driving behind them can be frustrating, as often there is no room to overtake, so it is very worthwhile looking at rural training if you intend to use these small, quiet lanes.
Urban Training – Stoke-on-Trent and Stafford are the largest towns in Staffordshire, and we have helped many drivers navigate busy, large town centres and urban driving environments. From newly qualified drivers to experienced delivery drivers, we have created courses that include large urban roundabouts and multi-lane traffic lights to help nervous drivers navigate these roads with confidence. Stoke-on-Trent, for example, has the Queensway that circles the centre, and we often use this for urban training. In Stafford, we use the A34, which links Newport and Weston Road. Learning how to anticipate the actions of other drivers, pedestrians, and cyclists is a skill that can be acquired with training. Most accidents occur on urban roads due to frustration, and when accidents do happen, they are usually at slower speeds and often result from a momentary lapse of concentration.
