Motorway training – The M3 crosses Farnborough to the north and joins the A331 to the A31 a Tongham, and this route has been used to help drivers become more confident with motorway driving. There are many aspects of motorway driving that can be very stressful, especially if you do not use them regularly, from understanding how to move across lanes with clear indications and leaving a space bubble around your vehicle in case of sudden slowing of the traffic, to perfecting the entering and exiting of motorway junctions at speed. Rural Roads – Many drivers in the Farnborough area will use rural roads as it’s surrounded by large expanses of country roads and lanes, and using them safely can be vital, especially if you are unfamiliar with your route.
