An F1 driving experience is by far the most extream and intensive driving experience you can buy. If you are looking for an F1 driving experience for someone as a gift, please consider the following:

1. Are they in good health? - Driving an F1 car is not like driving a Ferrari, or any other type of supercar. They are track based machines which can pull g forces through corners, which could cause someone in poor health, or who is not fit to pass out..Dont worry, on an F1 driving experience you will not be driving quite that fast, but a general level of good health is important. The driver must be mobile and not suffer any back pain or problems.

2. Their size - They must be no shorter than 5ft 2" and weigh no more than 18 stone. An F1 car is a very tight fit. A man of average size will fit in one with ease.

3. Licence and age - The driver must be aged 21 years + and hold a full driving licence.

You will start off with a breifing and demo lap in a hot hatch or sports saloon. Then you get behind the wheel and drive up to 17 laps in a single seater Formula Ford or 5 laps in a Porsche 911 or Ferrari at Mallory in Leicestershire.

Once you have experienced these, it is then on to the main event - blow your mind with eight laps in a Tyrell at Mallroy Park, ot ten laps in a Fori-Corse or 1994 Arrows FA14 in Lancashire. All these cars are ex-formula 1. At Mallory Park you will also get to drive ten laps in an F3-style single seater.
