Drivers Domain UK.com are committed to ensuring that every customer enjoys the very highest level of training available. Regardless of your driving level and skill, our advanced tutors will ensure the driving course is adapted to your own skill level.

Locations & Times.

Drivers Domain UK.com have advanced tutors located throughout the UK. When you book the course with your assigned advanced tutor (after you have received the gift box) you will need to agree a mutually convenient date and time. Although most of the time the tutor will travel to you, depending on your location you may have to travel a short distance to meet them – typically this is no more than 15 miles. Please allow up to three weeks from the time of booking your course and taking it. There are times when you course can be taken at very short notice depending on work schedules of the specific tutor - please check at time of booking.

Drivers

Each driver must sign a driving questionnaire and disclaimer before completing any driving course. You will need to return this in the prepaid envelope which comes as part of your gift box.

Descriptions

The information on each Drivers Domain UK.com course detailed on our website is correct at the time of upload. However, the content or format of a course may change without notification.

Cancellations

We will happily give all customers a full refund within 14 days of buying the course – we will refund only when the gift box has been returned in undamaged condition. However, once you have made contact with your specified advanced tutor and set a date a time for the course, no refund is possible unless we cancel the course for any reason. After booking with your advanced tutor, you have up to 10 days to cancel or rearrange the course with them. Any time shorter than this, you could possibly lose your course and not be eligible for a refund. As you can appreciate our advanced tutors will set aside an entire day to train you, and so it may or may not be possible to rearrange at such short notice.

Payment

Payment for all the courses are to be made on our website, or via telephone or post. You will be delivered your gift box containing all the details of your tutor etc once payment has cleared. Please allow 3 working days for cheques to clear.

Drivers Domain UK.com takes data protection very seriously and operates in accordance with the 1998 Data Protection Act:

All data we receive including all credit/debit card details are:

- Processed fairly and lawfully
- Obtained & used only for specified and lawful purposes
- Adequate, relevant and not excessive
- Accurate, and where necessary, kept up to date
- Kept for no longer than necessary
- Processed in accordance with the individuals rights (as defined)
- Kept secure
- Transferred only to countries that offer adequate data protection

Your Vehicle

Your vehicle must be in a safe and legal condition when you attend the course. It must also be correctly taxed and insured. You must also hold a full and valid driving licence. This will be checked on the day. If you or the vehicle are not legal to be on the road your advanced tutor reserves the right to cancel the course with no refund.

On the Day

If you arrive late for the course, this will reduce the overall time you will have driving. There will be a set start and approx finish time which you must keep to.
